ACCEPTANCE OF ACSR.SG TERMS OF USE
Welcome to acsr.sg, the Arts and Culture Strategic Review (ACSR) public consultation
website ('this website'). Members of the public are welcome to contribute their views
and feedback to the Steering Committee on the preliminary recommendations of the
ACSR, through this website.
Your use of the website constitutes acceptance of the following Terms of Use ("TOU"),
which may be changed by the administrator of this website (“the ACSR administrator”),
the ACSR Steering Committee or the Government of Singapore (“GOS”) (collectively
“us” or “we”, depending on the context) from time to time without prior notice to
you. In addition, you also agree to abide by specific guidelines which are applicable
to the use of any particular feature on this website.
CONTENT
All information, data, text, messages, postings, views expressed or other materials
("Content") posted are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content
originated. You are therefore solely responsible for all information, data, text,
messages, postings, views expressed or other materials ("Content") that you post
or otherwise make available on this website.
Additionally, you agree not to:

While the ACSR administrator does not pre-screen Content posted on this website,
you agree that the ACSR administrator shall have the right (but not the obligation),
in his sole discretion, to refuse or remove any Content you have posted on this
Website that is, in his view, untrue, inaccurate, inappropriate, irrelevant, insensitive
to other users, and/or is otherwise objectionable, without the need to provide any
reason for such removal to you. In addition, you acknowledge that the ACSR administrator
may, at his discretion, delete at any time any postings which in his view has degenerated
into petty quarrels and/or bickering, without furnishing any reasons for such deletions,
and without prior notice to any of the persons who have made these postings.

any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness
of such Content. You also understand that by using the website, you may be exposed
to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable as posted by other users.

(d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the GOS or any of its officers
or employees, or any public authority established by or under any written law for
a public purpose or any member, officer or employee thereof;, any user of this website;
and/or the public in general.
LICENCE TO USE CONTENT
We cannot claim ownership or accept responsibility of any Content you post or make
available for inclusion on the website. However, with respect to Content you post
or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the website, you
grant GOS a world-wide, royalty free, non-revocable and non-exclusive license to
use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display
such Content.
The Contents of this website shall not be reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted,
transmitted or otherwise distributed in any way or all forms of media, without the
prior written permission of GOS c/o the ACSR administrator.
Graphics and images on this website are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced
or appropriated in any manner without written permission of GOS.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold the GOS, its officers, employees, and/or any agent
or contractor acting under its direction, and any public authority established by
or under any written law for a public purpose or a member, an officer or an employee
thereof, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made
by any third party due to or arising out of Content you post or make available on
or through this website, your use of the website, your connection to the website
and/or your breach of these TOU.
GENERAL PRACTICES REGARDING USE AND STORAGE
You agree to any general practices and limits concerning use of the website which
the ACSR administrator may establish, including the maximum number of days that
posts or other Content will be retained by the website, and the maximum number of
times (and the maximum duration for which) you may access the website and use its
available features in a given period of time. You further acknowledge that the ACSR
administrator may change these general practices and limits at any time, in its
sole discretion without prior notice.
We have no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any
posts or other Content maintained on or transmitted by this website.
MODIFICATIONS
We may at any time modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the website
(or any part thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third

The website will be closed to the public after the public consultation period has

The ACSR administrator may, in its discretion and without prior notice, terminate
your access to the website.

the TOU or other incorporated agreements, rules or guidelines, (b) requests by law
enforcement or other government agencies, (c) discontinuance or material modification
to the website (or any part thereof), and (d) unexpected technical issues or problems.
You agree that all terminations of access to this website shall be made in the ACSR
administrator’s sole discretion and that the ACSR administrator shall not be liable
to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the website.
